Solid Floors

Solid floors use the screed or concrete to transfer the heat from the pipes to the heated floor and when up to temperature have an excellent output per m2.
Screeds must be given time to dry out before floor coverings are applied as moisture damage may occur to some timber products.
All design requirements for Underfloor heating are based on the structural requirements of the floor as determined by the Architect / Structural Engineer.
