Whilst we do not offer an installation service, our technical support engineers can provide assistance and training both over the telephone and on-site if required.

We also offer a dedicated Technical Helpline 01895 425333. This is manned by experienced engineers who can help with all aspects of your UFH project.

In addition to the above, we have a team of over 30 sales representatives who will able to help you manage your project from initial enquiry through to design and after sales support.

You can be assured that whatever the size or type of project you have, we have the experience and expertise to ensure your get the best out of your Speedfit Underfloor Heating System.

You can send details of your project to us via email, post or fax or we can arrange a visit from one of our technical engineers or sales representatives.

Please ensure you include as much information as possible including:

• Scaled drawings (1:50 or 1:100) or AutoCad (.DWG)
• Full contact details.
• Floor constructions (Solid / Timber)
• Floor coverings (Carpet, Tile, Wood, etc)
• Preferred manifold position including any unsuitable locations.
• Heat Source (Standard Boiler / Heat Pump)

Estimates normally take approximately 3-5 working days but may occasionally take longer during busy periods.

Once you have placed your order, please contact the salesman listed on the front of your estimate who will request a drawing. Please allow up to 14 working days from date of order. Please note, CAD drawings can only be produced for solid floor applications and from fully scaled architect's plans.
